That’s because Millennials don't seem to put high income at the top of their work-life priority list. Questioning the status quo, solutions, and strategy among other things creates a platform for innovation. Alternate solutions are looked for at different levels, evaluated, and implemented quickly. More often than not, the risk pays off and it results in a win-win situation, both for the organization and its customers.Today, the rules of the game change constantly. Technologies, industries, and competition change in the blink of an eye. The linear career path of generations past looks more like a corkscrew today. As a result, millennials are more willing to take career risks that their parents would have never considered, iterating and redirecting themselves multiple times along the way.While both startups and corporations may have pros and cons, their popularity is dependent on the type of person you are.
