    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced RPA Bot Automation Engineer to join our team. As an RPA Bot Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.  

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA technology.  
      • Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.  
      • Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements and define automation workflows.  
      • Configure RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and report generation across various applications and systems.  
      • Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.  
      • Conduct thorough testing of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.  
      • Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms to handle unexpected scenarios and ensure smooth bot operation.  
      • Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production environments, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular bot health checks and maintenance activities.  
      • Provide training, technical support, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders on RPA bot usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.  
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential applications in improving business processes.  

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.  
      • Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or RPA Developer, with a focus on designing and developing RPA solutions, with at least 3 years of experience.  
      • Strong proficiency in one or more RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.  
      • Solid understanding of software development concepts, principles, and methodologies.  
      • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.  
      • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and database systems.  
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
      • Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) preferred.
