    Job Description

    Growfin is a Saas fintech startup in the B2B receivables management and payments space enabling mid-sized enterprises to better manage their receivables and achieve predictable cash inflow.

    We’re looking to expand fast as we scale our engineering, marketing, and sales functions. If you’re an ambitious business development professional with prior experience in SaaS, this role is for you.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Representing Growfin and being the spokesperson for the product
      • Building qualified pipeline
      • Being the first point of contact for the organisation
      • Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and nurturing the warm prospects
      • Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects
      • Showcasing the product to potential customers during the early stages of the sales cycle
      • Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis
      • Staying current with the industry trends

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • A go-getter who has experience of 1-3 years (SaaS) with BDR experience in the US market
      • Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections
      • Strong desire to move up in the sales organization
      • Creative and like working in a startup environment
      • Excellent Communication Skills
