    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Develop a deep understanding of HyperVerge technology and products within the first month
      • To acquire 20+ new logos and thereby generate $100K-150K new monthly recurring revenue for HyperVerge by End of March 31, 2024
      • Responsible for managing (and hiring in future) at least 1 salesperson. Be responsible for salesperson's quota, learning and development
      • Consistently achieve and exceed mutually agreed upon monthly sales goals.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 7+ years of client facing experience (Sales/Consulting/Account Management) with large BFSI enterprises
      • Good to have: B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience
      • Has handled accounts of ACV of $75,000 and above
      • Collaborative and has a track record of over-achieving targets/goals
      • Prior mentoring experience 
      • Good to have - deep understanding of onboarding and KYC processes in India
      • Good to have - good connections in BFSI industry in India
      • Travel: 10-20% domestic travel required for client engagements.
