Job Description

As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to leave the first impression of the company at the customer. From onboarding, managing requests & reviewing their renewal pipeline, you’ll walk hand in hand with our customers on their journey to success. You’ll also serve as our product champion, driving adoption and expanding features with our product team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Onboarding new customers and thoroughly explaining all product features with conviction.
Implement the Spendflo Process at the customer. Obtain all the necessary information from the customer (SaaS Stack, Spend, Renewal Dates, Contracts, financial Statements) to ensure a successful onboarding.
Work with the Operations team to set up the product for the customer.
Liaise with the Customer to understand their Legal, Financial, and Compliance requirements when it comes to SaaS.
Accepting the SaaS wishlist from customers with all the necessary information.
Coordinating with our buyers to show first value to our customers quickly.
Conduct weekly check-in calls with the customers to review onboarding progress.
Take accountability for all Onboarding metrics.
Drive product adoption and provide valuable insights to continuously improve our product & service.
Obtain feedback from customers and work with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues.

Someone with experience handling a customer-facing role.
Someone who can think on your feet, and like learning new things. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
Not afraid to take ownership and can handle objections with confidence.
