Director of Marketing

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, including defining the product vision, strategy, and feature prioritisation based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals. 
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for product innovation. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze product performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the executive team to align product strategies with overall business objectives and drive the company's long-term vision forward. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback and insights that inform product development and improvement. 
• Ensure product compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and proactively address any potential risks or challenges. 

• 5-10 years of experience in product management 
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of product managers and driving a culture of innovation and excellence. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 
• Solid understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management. 
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business objectives. 
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
