Growth Marketing

• Market Landscaping and Research: Talk to customers, conduct market research, work with our product analysts, and acquire insights that will deepen our understanding of target market segments and relevant audiences. 
• Own the local maxima for your product. Define and execute GTM for new launches and campaigns for driving growth. 
• Design and implement an overall content, lead flow, and value proposition for BIK’s product. 
• Communication Plan – Develop a content plan across channels based on the campaign strategy with a high-quality performance of the A/B testing mindset to drive product growth.
• Creative Direction – Lead and involved in visual references on the development of the creative assets to drive higher engagement results toward the product’s growth. 
• Stakeholder Management – Identify all launch activities and collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders for the output deliverables. 

• 4+ years of experience in a SAAS product, preferably in the US market. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, intellectually curious, and able to work well with data to support the rationale for activities. 
• Excellent storyteller with a clear and concise communication style. Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with team members in other departments. 
• Proven project management skills in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
