    Job Description

    As a Growth Product Manager at HyperVerge, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, roadmap, and development of HyperVerge One product aimed at revolutionizing trust & simplifying onboarding in the BFSI sector. We are looking for a product manager who can help us strengthen our product offerings, and GTM strategy.

    In this role, you will be driving and scaling HyperVerge One across different industries using your skills in product discovery, stakeholder management and building the product to deliver world-class solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      Product Conceptualization/Discovery:

      • Help in developing and executing new features and products
      • Drive product discovery with market segments in India to identify customer pain points and generate value proposition hypothesis
      • Generate new research-backed product ideas that will put us closer to the goals of the product stack and ahead of the competition

      Product Building/Roadmap:

      • Build a case for product enhancements, or new features. You should be able to justify prioritization using data driven insights.
      • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and strategic goals.
      • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Sales, customer success and UX teams
      • Maintain high product standards throughout the development process.

      Product Adoption:

      • Drive product adoption by enabling and supporting go-to-market efforts
      • Be a subject matter expert who understands customers and our products equally well.
      • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and drive adoption of new features and products.
      • Validate product ideas with target customer segments and own 0-1 adoption

      Product Iterations and Improvements:

      • Own end to end execution and delivery on key features, product launches & iterations
      • Ensure that the product is #1 in the market in terms of features, accuracy, value for price and adoption
      • Meet and gather feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement of products.
      • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience.
      • Monitor competitor offerings and incorporate market insights into product roadmap.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 3-6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
      • Experience in Fintech or related industries
      • Experience in building new features from discovery to launch
      • Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams - engineering, GTM, etc
      • Strong product sense, high on empathy, ownership & stakeholder management
      • An eye for design and good presentation skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
