Head of Infrastructure

• Lead the infrastructure team to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Fynxt systems.
• Design, implement, and manage the IT infrastructure supporting operational and developmental needs.
• Develop strategic infrastructure plans to support Fynxt's growth, incorporating new technologies and applications.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrade of physical and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Implement robust disaster recovery and data backup procedures to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
• Collaborate with department heads to anticipate future infrastructure needs.
• Manage continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Control infrastructure budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date security protocols to protect against cyber threats.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure services, and leadership, preferably in the fintech sector.
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure), database management, networking, and security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-demand and secure IT infrastructures.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Certifications Desired:

o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

o AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator

o Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

o Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional (CCNA/CCNP)

• Desirable: Experience in financial services or trading platforms; familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in finance.
