    Job Description

    We are looking for a Head of Sales to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR's.  The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to drive company growth. 
      • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 
      • Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns via email, social media, and other platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness. 
      • SEO Knowledge: Apply SEO best practices to increase the online visibility and searchability of our website and content. 
      • Budget Management: Ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently within allocated budgets to achieve maximum ROI. 
      • Quarterly Targets: Meet or exceed specific quarterly targets related to business development and revenue growth. 
      • Conference Participation: Attend industry conferences, manage promotional stalls, and engage with potential clients and partners to expand our network and opportunities. 
      • Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders
