    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

      1. Employee Lifecycle Management

      • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and offboarding.
      • Ensure seamless new hire integration with structured onboarding and orientation programs.
      • Manage background verification, document management, and exit interviews to maintain process efficiency.

      2. Employee Experience & Engagement

      • Act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring employees have a positive experience throughout their tenure.
      • Implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and internal communication strategies.
      • Handle employee queries on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other operational matters.

      3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

      • Execute monthly payroll processing with accuracy, including salary inputs, tax calculations, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
      • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks) and ensure timely enrolments.
      • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and compliance with labour laws.

      4. Risk, Compliance & Reporting

      • Ensure labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
      • Maintain and update all HR documentation, including employee records and policy manuals.
      • Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, payroll, compliance and other key HR metrics.

      5. HRMS & Process Automation

      • Manage and enhance the HRMS platform, ensuring accurate data and automation of key HR processes.
      • Partner with IT and vendors to drive HR digital transformation initiatives and improve employee self-service tools.
      • Identify process improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 4-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
      • Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll execution, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.
      • Experience in managing the employee lifecycle and driving employee engagement.
      • Hands-on experience in HR data management, analytics, and reporting.
      • Familiarity with labour laws and regulatory compliance requirements in India.
