    Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our people strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to build a high-performance culture, support talent acquisition, drive employee development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. This role will influence key business decisions through data-driven insights, while playing a pivotal role in organizational growth and employee success.


    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
      • Act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
      • Drive performance management processes, including goal alignment, feedback, and appraisal systems.
      • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
      • Oversee and ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and compliance requirements across locations.
      • Support the Talent Acquisition team in workforce planning, interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires.
      • Identify training needs (TNA/TNI) through regular interaction with business leaders and performance data; design and coordinate learning interventions, engaging internal or external trainers as required to build employee capabilities.
      • Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to track key metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
      • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and a smooth transition for employees.
      • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the business.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR) is preferred.
      • 4-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role with strategic responsibilities.
      • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and strong working knowledge of MS Excel and HR analytics tools is preferred.
      • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
      • Sound understanding of organizational dynamics and workforce behavior
      • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
      • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement
