As part of its industry leading long-term digital vision, the company is looking to recruit FullStack Project Lead.

Roles and Responsibilities

Full Project Life Cycle management of the development of eLog, BMR/BPR software development from inception to completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders and document detailed techno-functional requirements and user stories.
Responsible for application architecture, systems design and reviews.
Manage Projects and full stack development in a fast-paced agile ecosystem and in an iterative development mode while ensuring software quality and fast paced CI/CD pipelines.
Develop component libraries, object models, APIs.
Develop and manage developer work schedules and milestones.
Be the SCRUM Master and conduct standup meetings.
Maintain development status, risks and deviations.
Develop use cases, workflows, and BPMLs.
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
Own and enforce high quality development practices and procedures, as well as maintaining secure coding standards, through the adoption of test-driven development (TDD), paired programming, peer code reviews, and software build automation.
Provide oversight and guidance to team members during regular technical activities within an Agile environment: including (but not limited to) code reviews, estimating, technical solution design & architecture, testing.
Drive continuous improvement in a Lean/Agile environment, implementing DevOps delivery approaches encompassing CI/CD, build automation and deployments.
Publish periodic status reports, dashboards and project progress.

7+ years of hands-on experience in Full stack development.
Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end complex projects with agile project management, methodologies and DevOps tools (DevSecOps preferred).
Strong expertise in building Progressive Web Apps, Native & Hybrid Mobile Apps, Microservices & Webservices architecture in both On-premises and Cloud environments with code once, build many principles, models and technologies.

Qualification:

Bachelor/Master Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information technology from a premier institute. MBA preferred.
PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, CBAP
Relevant Full Stack / software development certifications.

Desirable Experience and Traits:

Experience in building e-Log/BMR/BPR for pharma manufacturing and/or shopfloor manufacturing/MES would be preferred.
Proactive and self-starter.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
Excellent management and communication abilities
The capacity to quickly adapt to new technology, concepts, approaches, and environments
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of the app’s or product’s non-functional features, such as security, automation, testing, performance, and optimisation.
