    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Partner Onboarding Executive to join our team. The Partner Onboarding executive will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding resellers / distributors in different regions to expand our network presence and enhance business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market research, partnership development, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      •  Identify potential partners through market research and networking activities.
      • Build and maintain your own set of Potential partner data from public domain sources.
      • Develop and execute strategies to attract and recruit new partners that align with the company's goals and objectives.
      • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
      • Conduct outreach, constant follow ups and engage in negotiations with prospective partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals and agreements.
      • Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including providing necessary training and support.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for partnership growth.
      • Continuously evaluate and optimize partner recruitment strategies to maximize results and ROI.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
      • Extensive experience of 2 or more years in the Market research field and Partner Onboarding.
      • Strong understanding of partnership models and strategies.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
      • Understanding of data scraping tools to find your ideal partner and market research.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
      • High level of professionalism and integrity
