    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deeply understand client requirements and objectives.
      • Oversee the entire RFP process, from reviewing documents to coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive responses.
      • Develop high-quality, tailored proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our solutions and address client needs.
      • Conduct thorough research to gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform proposal development and positioning strategies.
      • Work closely with subject matter experts and solution architects to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and are technically feasible.
      • Assist in creating sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
      • Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and best practices for future use.
      • Provide support during sales meetings and presentations by offering relevant data and insights to advance the sales process.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance pre-sales strategies.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and delivery, to drive successful pre-sales initiatives.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 2-5 years of experience in a pre-sales role, with a focus on RFPs and proposal development.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
      • Knowledge of industry-standard pre-sales methodologies and best practices.
      • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
      • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
