Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our internal CRM tool at Pickyourtrail. You will work closely with internal customers being employees and developers, designers in managing the tool.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and business objectives in building and maintaining our internal CRM - PLATO.
Execute a product strategy and a long-term roadmap for the tool.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog with input from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements for the tool.
Good understanding of APIs, how they work.
Define product requirements and user stories, and work with development teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and build these features basis priority.
Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Define and measure product success metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and emerging technologies related to best practices in the tech space.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4-6 years of work experience as a product manager in B2C/B2B space where they were involved in building a product/feature.
Experience in the CRM space is a huge plus.
Experience having worked with fast moving, agile teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Proven track record of developing successful products.
