Job Description

As a Product Management Executive, you will play a critical role in the development and

management of our RPA platform. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs,

defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver

innovative solutions. Your coding experience and product management expertise will enable

you to bridge the gap between technical development and customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product strategy and roadmap for the RAPBot platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate product functionality and usability.
Provide product training and support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA and product management.

Minimum of 1 years of coding experience, preferably in JavaScript & Python.
Minimum of 1 year of product management experience.
Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze customer requirements, and translate them into clear and concise product specifications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Product management certification or relevant industry certifications are desirable.
