We are GDPR compliant and also a BSP partner of META. Our vision is to ‘Make Brands Limitless’, by helping them drive incomparable revenue growth. BIK is an all-in-one marketing platform designed to streamline D2C brands’ acquisition, engagement, and conversion, ultimately maximising their ROI. BIK caters to the marketing automation and support needs of mid and up-market D2C brands, currently serving 100+ global brands including Shoppers Stop, Rare Rabbit, Livspace, Fireboltt, Bare Anatomy, House of Masaba, and more.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • 1st PMM in Bik Team: The person joining in this role, would be our 1st PMM in the team and this role would revolve around creating fantastic use cases using the powerful AI journey builder / chatbot in the form of videos, sales enablement docs & articles.
      • Geography led content - One would also be understanding different geographies that BIK caters to and accordingly deploy website changes & appearances.
      • Product SEO - One would be identifying Product led keywords that are easier to rank & build end to end content in the form of article, infographic, video recording & more.
      • Customer Content Marketing - One would be running a referral program a long side the CSM team & generating high quality content.
      • Good with Data - Should have deep knowledge about the funnel analysis & GA know how.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, in SaaS companies
      • Strong track record of driving product launches and marketing campaigns
      • Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and website optimization
      • Experience conducting competitive intelligence and staying up-to-date on industry trends
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Should have deep knowledge about the funnel analysis & GA know hows.
