We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will play a role in shaping the future of Sagent. Our innovative products empower clients in the mortgage industry to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Manager who has strong SME experience in one or more mortgage servicing functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible Identify Product features, Functional, Non-Functional requirements, work with Product, Engineering, Design groups in development of the features.
Act as Functional expert, support the teams during various stages of development.
Leading requirement gathering with business and technical stakeholders focused on identifying goals and considerations rather than requested solutions.
Creating functional specifications, diagrams, use cases and other documentation as required.
Authoring Agile User Stories in Azure DevOps.

Desired Candidate Profile

Expert in Investor Accounting/Remittance concepts,
Deep understanding of reconciliation, accounting methods, Remittance & Reporting.
Has minimum of 5-7 years of processing experience. SME on one or more mortgage servicing functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
