Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization's key projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage Java-based projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Facilitate code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in Java development and project management.
Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
