Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
Conduct thorough testing of software applications, systems, and processes to identify defects, bugs, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and customer support, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams to facilitate timely bug fixes and product enhancements.
Document test procedures, test results, and defects in a clear and organized manner.
Participate in product design and requirement reviews to ensure quality standards are met from the initial stages of development.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and quality assurance trends to continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
Mentor and train junior quality assurance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software testing and quality assurance practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
3 Years proven experience working as a Quality Analyst, Quality Assurance Engineer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
