    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Drive sales in the SaaS domain, focusing on clients with an average deal size of $15,000 and above.
      • Achieve and exceed quarterly SAL targets of 25-30.
      • Work in collaboration with the internal teams to meet sales objectives and client needs.
      • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities in the US, Europe, and LATAM markets.
      • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
      • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
      • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, ensuring regular follow-up and engagement with potential leads.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
      • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets consistently.
      • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
      • Experience in selling to international markets, particularly the US, Europe, and LATAM.
      • Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously, with an understanding of long sales cycles.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Willingness to work in shifts corresponding to the US, Europe, and LATAM regions.
