    Roles and Responsibilities

      Your Core Objective:

      • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be prospecting to a set of target accounts using Cold Calling, Emails, and LinkedIn prospecting strategies and build a pipeline for the business.
      • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline. You can be creative in your approach apart from tried & tested methods.

      How does your day to day look like?

      • You will be building your target accounts from mid-sized organisations across North America, UK, Australia and EU markets with major focus towards North America,
      • Create a very strong multi-threaded sequence to enrich target accounts by identifying 4 to 5 contacts per account to prospect and engage with,
      • Leverage sales tech stacks and come up with creative ways to prospect and expand your pipeline building activities,
      • Educate yourself to become an expert in Notification Infrastructure space and suggest the right solution for the customers,
      • Cultivate relationships with executive level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your target accounts,
      • Crush your Quota month on month with the pipeline you are building,
      • Update the CRM with all required information to improve the process and efficiency.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles, 
      • Excellent personalised email writing skills to suit the level of engagement of prospects,
      • Excellent verbal communication skills as you would be cold-calling,
      • Proven ability to do in-depth market research through Google and via social media,
      • Experience in selling to product managers and engineering persona is a huge plus,
      • Working knowledge about using a prospecting tools is important,
      • Open to work in the US Shift (6pm to 3am IST),
      • Ability to handle rejections, work independently and stay focused on goals,
      • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to a growing startup environment,
      • Most importantly, you are passionate about growing in sales and you enjoy what you do.
