    Sales Development Representative

    Job Description

    Our ideal candidate is early into their career (between 3 and 5 years of B2B Sales Experience), is confident, can communicate clearly, and has a passion for sales.

    As an integral instrument of the ABM strategy, the SDR will have to uncover new business opportunities using a strategic approach to sales that involves targeting specific accounts or organizations with personalized, highly targeted sales and marketing campaigns.

    As opposed to simply pitching the solution, the SDR will be required to build rapport with prospects and stay on top-of-mind by providing value consistently.

    Once a prospect has sufficient interest and wants to explore our solution, you will introduce them to an Account Executive (AE) who will be responsible for handling that relationship until they sign a contract. 

    We also provide tremendous opportunity for you to close deals i.e. closers with attractive compensation. 

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
      • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot etc.) to manage and track leads, ensuring all interactions are documented and follow-ups are timely. 
      • Prospecting: Leverage LinkedIn Solutions and other platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
      • Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
      • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
      • KPI: Number of Marketing Qualified Leads, $ pipeline created.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
      • CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools effectively for managing and tracking leads.
      • LinkedIn Expertise: Proven experience in leveraging LinkedIn Solutions for lead generation and prospecting.
      • Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with SaaS B2B or technology companies.
