    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential customers.
      • Present our company to potential prospects
      • Engage in deep-dive qualification conversations to assess potential fit and pain points.
      • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
      • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
      • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activities and lead details.
      • Report to the Sales Head on sales results.

    This Role Requires

      • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a related industry.
      • Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex sales challenges.
      • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
      • Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
      • Passion for B2B SaaS and a strong understanding of the sales process.
      • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.


      Qualification:


      • Have working in Saas or Tech or Product based Companies
      • Have 3-4 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales.
