    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Provide strategic direction to the sales team, aligning efforts with organizational goals.
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expansion, and market penetration.
      • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with international customers to handle mid to large enterprise deals.
      • Own and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
      • Drive training initiatives to enhance the team's skill set and ensure alignment with company objectives.
      • Oversee end-to-end interactions with prospective customers, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
      • Play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-impact product demos to multiple stakeholders.
      • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic networking.
      • Utilize sales acceleration tools to optimize outbound and inbound sales processes.
      • Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales, support, and marketing teams.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      Professional experience:

      • Over 8 years of successful experience in SaaS sales and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
      • Extensive experience in end-to-end sales processes, demonstrating proficiency from lead generation to closure.
      • Demonstrated success in handling mid to large enterprise deals in an international context.
      • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry, with a focus on Sales/MarTech tools (preferred).
      • Proficient in leveraging technology for sales and prospecting, with a natural inclination toward staying updated on industry trends.


      Team Management:

      • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


      Communication skills:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
