    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently (please advise sales target)
      • Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
      • Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales.
      • Working closely with Customer Service and Operations to execute customer quotations.
      • Preparing weekly call report / sales progress reports to CRM / CM.
      • Keeping CM informed of market information, regular updates to enhance business.
      • Attend weekly Sales meetings with reports.
      • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
      • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
      • Set up meetings with potential customers with seniors.
      • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
      • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
      • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
      • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
