    Job Description

    As an SDR, your primary role is to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. You'll initiate contact with prospects, nurture relationships, and set up meetings. Strong communication and research skills are essential for success. Join us to help drive our sales pipeline and contribute to our growth.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Representing Growfin and being the spokesperson for the product.
      • Building qualified pipeline.
      • Prospecting and iterating the ICP to target.
      • Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects.
      • Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects Showcasing the product to potential customers during the early stages of the sales cycle.
      • Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis.
      • Work with the demand generation team to share feedback to improve MQL and campaign performance. 
      • Work closely with Sales team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
      • Work in collaboration with Content, Event marketing and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline Being the first point of contact for the organisation & holding the brand of Growfin. 
      • Staying current with the industry trends.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • A go-getter who has experience of 1-4 years (SaaS) with BDR experience in the US market. 
      • Extremely comfortable with cold outreaches and facing objections Close or Kill mentality in getting opportunities generated for the sales team.
      • Comfortable in calling prospects and engaging with them to generate interest.
      • Strong desire to move up in the sales organization.
      • Creative and like working in a startup environment.
      • Excellent Communication Skills.
      • Comfortable with overlapping shifts between India and US.
