We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cloud Engineer with experience in both product development and customer service to join our team. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based solutions for our customers, while also ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective

communication and technical support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and customer needs, translating them into scalable and reliable cloud architectures.
Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation for automated cloud resource provisioning.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure and services.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to cloud-based products.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
Work closely with product management and development teams to integrate customer feedback and enhance product features.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and streamline product deployments.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for product and service improvements.

Technical Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in cloud engineering, product development, and customer service roles.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices in the cloud environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues.
Familiarity with customer service tools and practices for efficient ticket management and resolution.
Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
