Senior ML Engineer

• Develop ML solutions to business problems (prototypes to production-grade), including 

Exploring state-of-the-art of popular/proven models and determining Model(s) most suitable for the data available and the nature of the business problem. 

Creating a data flow that combines multiple models, rules, and post/pre-processing steps to implement the solution. 

Developing microservices that can scale efficiently (latency, throughout and resource utilization) with respect to model serving & inferencing. 

• Quickly create prototypes of Models, Solutions 
• Customer interactions – primarily for independently handling demos of prototypes/proof-of-concepts to potential Customers/Stake holders 
• Adopt & build over latest Deep Learning/Machine Learning technologies & research papers 
• Work closely with Application teams in transitioning prototypes to commercial products 
• Independently work end-to-end from data collection, preparation/annotation to validation of outcomes. 
• Help define and implement ML development processes and infrastructure.

• 1+ years’ experience performing at least 3 out of 6 above mentioned responsibilities 
• 4+ years of experience in AI 
• AI/ML expertise areas: Computer Vision with Deep Learning. Experience with LLMs, object detection, classification, recognition; document layout and understanding tasks, OCR/ICR. 
• Thorough understanding of full ML pipeline, starting from data collection to model building to inferencing 
• Good experience in MLOps for production.
