Senior Project Manager

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

 Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and timelines to team members.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

 Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address challenges and issues that may impact project success.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering software or SaaS-based projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to articulate complex project concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
