    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities and take them to closure.
      • Perform tailored demos to prospects, showcasing the unique features and benefits of the Dice platform.
      • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
      • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by following up on initial contacts and nurturing long-term prospects.
      • Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
      • Share insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine sales tactics and product development Maintain a well-organized, updated pipeline of prospects and current clients in CRM.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
      • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

    This Role Requires

      • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 4+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales.
      • Have Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Have the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
      • Have Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
      • Have Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
      • Have Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
