    Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for conducting first-round interviews and technical assessments for software engineers and product managers. In this fast-paced role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to identify top-notch candidates and ensure that only the best make it through our rigorous recruitment process. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep understanding of engineering and product management. Reporting to the P&C Business Partner - Engineering & Product, you'll collaborate with recruitment agencies, post jobs, and source talent. While prior recruitment experience is essential, any HR background will be highly valued.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Conduct first-round interviews and technical assessments to evaluate the qualifications, skills, and fit of candidates for software engineering and product management roles.
      • Showcase your expertise by conducting technical interviews that assess candidates' technical capabilities and proficiency.
      • Shine the spotlight on high-potential candidates and ensure they progress smoothly through our recruitment pipeline.
      • Collaborate closely with the P&C Business Partner - Engineering & Product to fully understand hiring needs and requirements.
      • Team up with recruitment agencies to uncover top talent and attract exceptional candidates.
      • Get your hustle on by posting job openings on various platforms and implementing creative sourcing strategies.
      • Spread your recruitment wings and provide support for recruitment activities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, while also lending a hand to global recruitment initiatives.
      • Keep our applicant tracking system up to date with accurate candidate information.
      • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
      • Play a pivotal role in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • Previous experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
      • A solid grasp of software engineering and product management roles, including their skills, requirements, and current industry trends.
      • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills that enable you to effectively evaluate candidates.
      • A proven track record of sourcing top talent using various channels and techniques.
      • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other modern recruitment tools.
      • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
      • Stellar organization and time management skills to juggle multiple recruitment processes.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that resonate with both candidates and colleagues.
      • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
      • HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition or related functions, will give you an extra edge.
