Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure engagement and alignment with opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with startup and GCC ecosystems is a plus.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools like ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
