Job Description

We are looking for a project manager who is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Business Development, Implementation Feasibility, R&D Manufacturing, Implementation, Production, Sales, and Post Sales teams.
Develop and implement processes and culture to achieve a minimum of 2 pilot acceptances per month and streamline team operations to ensure successful pilot completion within 4 months per customer.
Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Kanban project management methodologies to efficiently manage projects and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Collaborate closely with team members to execute company goals and milestones, providing regular updates and objectives to management.
Responsible for team composition and growth, initially managing a team of 5 members with potential expansion to 7 members after 6 months.
Possess 5-8 years of experience in hardware-focused roles, with a strong understanding of axial flux BLDC PMSM motors and controllers.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities and ethical standards, fostering a cross-functional and proactive team environment.
Optimize resource utilization, budget allocation, and manpower management to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Familiarize oneself with our product offerings and target market, with a focus on understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
Drive customer acquisition by securing a minimum of 2 pilots with new customers and ensuring positive acceptance within a 4-month timeframe.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the hardware or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
