Roles and Responsibilities

Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Craft compelling stories with clean, fast-paced visuals
Work closely with the content and social teams to develop new formats
Use AI tools to push creative boundaries (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Luma AI, etc.)
Stay on top of editing trends and apply them in relevant, smart ways

Desired Candidate Profile

1–2 years of hands-on video editing experience
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator
Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Luma AI, etc.)
A strong portfolio showcasing your editing style, storytelling, and visual flair
Clear understanding of brand storytelling and the kind of stories we’re trying to tell at YourTribe
Understands corporate storytelling but can turn it into fast, engaging short-form videos that actually make people stop scrolling.
Previous agency experience is a big plus
